I love really love flowers. Their beauty always amazes me. They have something special in them that really capture my heart. They all have wonderful different colors. God is really a mighty and marvelous.

I observe that the spirit of Christmas is really different. You can feel it around us wherever we go. It is the time where I can have a long break from work and be with my family and friends. It is also the time where we have our Christmas bonus. It is a wonderful time to give and receive gifts. I really love to give gifts to my love ones. The joy of giving is unexplainable. It is so touching when we see people are happy receiving our gifts. It is very refreshing to the soul. It is my every year thing to start buying gifts early even months before Christmas. In this way, I will be in a hurry and I will not forget someone. I usually buy gift for the babies that I delivered. It would not be easy for me without the help of the Black Friday. As human being we have the tendency to remain or stay in our comfort zone. Sometimes we are reluctant to change. We like the routine of our day. There will come a time that our lives become boring. We need to change and go out from our shell, do the things we miss because of our fears.
Living on the edge or trying something out of the ordinary, can be invigorating and empowering – especially if it is overcoming a fear. Be daring – try something like revamping your wardrobe or rock climbing, or joining the local gym. Whatever venture you seek, no matter how daunting it may seem, the rewards are numerous for your mental and emotional well-being.

Many people like me, experience respiratory ailments like hay fever from exposure to molds and dust mites, some without even knowing the source of their symptoms. It is not fun. It really mess up my mood and my day. Asthma can result from prolonged exposure to these allergens. To limit health problems, it’s wise to make your home environment as allergen-free as possible.

Dust mites thrive in many areas of the typical home, so it’s important to control the amount of dust that accumulates. Carpeting and upholstered furniture are two common dust collectors.
