Working long hours, a high volume of work, and working towards fixed deadlines can increase your risk of anxiety and depression. If the tips below are not an option for you, it might be beneficial to find a new job.
Avoid increasing your stress by arriving on time, and preparing for meetings. If you feel that you are being treated unfairly, voice your concerns through the correct channels. You should be involved in decisions that affect you at work.
This is true to my experience. Just few weeks ago, I felt exhausted and stressed in my work place. I worked for 3 consecutive 12 hour night shifts. It was not good. It really affected me. Next time I need to say no so I can take good care of my body better.
