WW: the tallest beer bottle

Hi everyone! I welcome myself back to WW. It has been so long I haven’t posted an WW. I was kind of busy working. anyway, I had a chance witness the harvest festival at Davao, Philippines. One of the things that really caught my eye is this very tall beer bottle. This is the tallest beer bottle I have ever seen.

Careful with that alcohol

In each of the alcohol commercial, it is always followed with government warning, “drink moderately”. Too much alcohol can be very dangerous. The main cause of vehicular accidents is alcohol intoxicated drivers. You can tell someone if he is alcoholic or not by observing the contour of his stomach. Mostly, they have a huge tummy not in proportion to their body. It is because alcohol contains a lot of calories that stays in the abdomen which is not absorbed by the body.
Alcohol can add hundreds of calories to your daily intake, which can make the difference between weight loss, maintaining your current weight, or gaining weight. A single glass of beer or wine can contain at least 100 calories. Having a few drinks 3-4 nights a week could be adding 1,000 unforeseen calories to your diet. Alcohol also acts as an appetite stimulant, and can lead you to eat or crave foods that are not within with your weight-loss plan. If you are dieting or are simply having trouble getting rid of that last little bit of fat, keep your alcohol intake to a minimum.
