We had our team worship and meeting for the week. After the meeting, my friend and I watched movies “Water” and “every child is special”. These movies are very good. I really like them. I really learned about life from it. Then after watching we went to our friend whose child is sick. We checked if he still has medicines left. While we were on our way there was a very pretty child who has bandage on her foot. She told us that her toe was cut because of accident. She followed us to our friend’s house. Then after a while the child’s grandma went to the house and asked for some help with the medication of her grand daughter. She showed us all the prescription. So my friend decided to help her and we went to the pharmacy and bought all the medications that were needed. My friend bought shoes for her also. She was very happy and had a perfect smile until we parted ways. We arrived home and had our dinner. At about 9pm we went to meet a new client who is pregnant for the first time. She happened to leave the neighborhood. We had a great time there. After she was checked we went home but we dropped by the store to buy ice cream and beet root.

We went to do one week check up with the patient what we delivered. We were so surprised that the baby gained a lot of weight. According to the patient, the baby is always breastfeeding. Everything is great. Then we went to our other pregnant patient. We rode a rickshaw which is 30 minutes away. But we arrived in the place 30 minutes early so we decided to eat our lunch in cafe shop. We ordered Indian pizza. I liked the taste of it. Then we had an ice cream which is very refreshing. Then we went to the patient’s house. Everything was normal with her and her baby. We like the natural water melon that they always give us every time we went there. Then we went home and took a nap before we have our worship meeting. Then we watched silent witness in TV. We like it very much. It is all about murder cases that were solved.

In the morning we met with the team and sharing great time together. We were having worship and a meeting for the schedule of the things to do this week. Then we ate lunch together. In afternoon, we went to out patient who delivered to check them up. It was so hot but we arrived there fine. It was so great to the new family having a great time. The baby was already gaining weight. The patient was doing well. She was already able to walk around and do some stuff.

My first day in India was so great. I slept the whole half day and my friend showed me the place around. I was so amazed by the Indian culture. I really love to see the women wearing their saris. I never dreamed that I can see them in person. I thought I could only see women wearing that saris in pictures or movies. My friend introduced to their railway station friends. I was so glad to meet them. They were so friendly. How I wish I could speak and understand their language.
