Anything Under The Sun, All seasons and aspects of my life

Underarm odor

I have few co-workers who have underarm odor. It is very offensive. It made me more conscious of my own personal hygiene. Health care professionals should be models of good personal hygiene. It is sad to say that many of them have underarm odor. I just hope everyone of us be aware if we have it and do something about it. Having underarm odor will let us down. Normally sweat is odourless, but when acted upon by bacteria it produces an unpleasant smell. Hygiene is very important, with daily bathing and a daily change of clothing a must to stay fresh and odor-free. If you are uncomfortable with the idea of using chemical deodorants, you could try more natural antis-sweat remedies:

1.) Tawas crystal deodorants, which are made from 100 percent natural mineral salts and work by neutralizing odor-causing bacteria. It is gentle enough for sensitive skin and won’t stain clothes or discolour skin.

2.) Non-conventional skin applications of tea tree oil, ginger juice, turnip juice, apple cider vinegar, and radish juice. You can also try adding sea salt or apple cider vinegar to the bath water.

Go for fresher breath

I have problems sometimes with bad breath. Having bad breath is an offensive thing to have and it will let us down. It affects my confidence in communicating with my patients. Personally, I am very conscious about my breath. Almost everyday I am encountering and communicating patients. It is so awful to have bad breath. Each of us needs to take good care of our mouth. Healthy teeth and gums mean much more than a pretty smile. We have to go for fresher breath.

A good opportunity to buy

I had to admit that our purchase was unplanned. A land owner wanted to sell the land in emergency, I took the opportunity and since I am interested in getting that property. I was glad that we bought it at the right time, no one else had bought it, though I heard that one buyer was talking of buying it at greeter price we paid. If you are a first time buyer with limited funds, do not invest in more than one house or lot, of course if your funding is limited. Any extra funds should be used to increase the down payment or monthly dues in order to reduce your financial burden.

A good opportunity to buy is when you can lock-up the mortgage rate when it is low. This will allow you to build up equity faster even if the value of the house does not increase as fast as you like. Same as with landed property. There is always timing for everything.
